Hand: Fiery Temper, Sandstorm
Exile: Wild Mongrel

 

Solution

1. Cast Blightning targeting the opponent. They discard sandstorm. Fiery Temper is discarded to exile and its madness trigger goes on the stack.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker targeting Murk Strider and an Island. When Murk Strider enters the battlefield, process Fiery Temper to bounce one of their three creatures.
3. The madness trigger resolves, doing nothing. Flicker Faceless Butcher and Murk Strider, ordering the triggers to that Murk Strider processes Wild Mongrel before the Butcher’s LTB trigger resolves. Bounce and exile their two remaining creatures.
4. Swing for lethal with your Vampire and Familiar.
