Solution
1. Play Disciple of the Vault
2. Cast Thoughtcast with Lotus Petal. Note that, per rule 601.2e, costs are determined before they are paid, allowing Lotus Petal to count for affinity while still being sacrificed per mana. Disciple Trigger puts opponent to 10.
3. Play Seat of the Synod and cast Atog. Crew Mobile Garrison with Atog and Disciple.
4. Attack with Gear-Smasher and Garrison, untapping Great Furnace. Opponent blocks Garrison and takes 2 from the Smasher, and 1 from the Disciple trigger, putting them to 7.
5. Blast their face (putting them to 3), then sacrifice your three lands to Atog to kill them with Disciple.
